We’re intrigued by Church Street Cellars and look forward to investigating it further. I take it you also have some sort of working collaboration with Bazin’s, or that one may own the other. I would only note that I have a recently acquired hearing loss problem and find Bazin’s to be uncomfortably noisy. It doesn’t help that the condition also gives sounds a metallic quality that volume only exacerbates. I realize that sound-reflecting interiors are currently very trendy, but there are at least some of us, probably the older codgers, who have problems with them.
